Add 10 g (2 teaspoons) of COLLAGEN PROTEIN | BEEF BROTH in half a glass of 90°C water to make healthy broth. Stir well to avoid clumping. Mix into hot foods like soups, stews or sprinkle on salad, porridge, etc.
Recommend up to 30 g per day. Do not exceed daily serving.
Ingredients: 70% freeze-dried beef broth powder (made from beef bone broth with onions, carrots, leeks, tomato paste, garlic, thyme, juniper berries, pepper, rosemary, cloves, bay leaves), nutritional deactivated yeast, freeze-dried sea buckthorn berry powder, sea salt.

The packaging could be better sealing though, especially for multiple use, so maybe I’ll try the separate bags next time.
