How to get more natural collagen for your body?
Make Deivydas Praspaliauskas’ specially created beet soup with MAGIC BROTH natural collagen beef stock.
Ingredients:
4 medium-sized beets (peeled and diced)
1 onion (finely chopped)
2 garlic cloves (minced)
1 medium-sized carrot (diced)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon cumin
1 chili pepper (finely chopped, seeds removed)
1 liter vegetable broth
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon Magic Broth beef stock
Preparation:
1. In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onion and garlic, and sauté for about 2-3 minutes until softened and fragrant.
3. Add the diced beets, carrot, and chili pepper. Stir and cook for another 5 minutes.
4. Sprinkle in the cumin and mix well to combine with the vegetables.
5. Pour in the vegetable broth and bring to a boil.
6. Reduce the heat and let the soup simmer for 30-40 minutes, or until the beets are tender.
7. Season with salt, pepper, and apple cider vinegar. Add the Magic Broth beef stock and stir to combine.
8. Let the soup simmer for another 5-10 minutes, then taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
9. Serve hot and enjoy your nourishing beet soup! Enjoy.
