Delivery
In Lithuania, we deliver products by the following methods: VENIPAK (LP EXPRESS), DPD self-service parcel terminals (terminal hereafter). Once the order is confirmed, it may take up to 3 working days to dispatch the shipment.
Delivery price:
• VENIPAK (LP EXPRESS) self-service terminal – 2,50 EUR, VENIPAK courier – 5,50 EUR.
• DPD self-service terminal – 2,70 EUR, DPD courier – 6 EUR.
Courier delivers order on working days until 5 p.m.
We deliver products abroad using DPD courier services. Shipping costs, depending on the selected country, is between 5 EUR and 27 EUR.
If buyer does not collect the parcel from the parcel self-service terminal on time, it is returned to the sender. If the buyer wants the parcel to be re-sent, he has to pay extras hipping costs.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays of the Republic of Lithuania will be processed first workday.
Return policy
According to the provisions of 6.228 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, the following quality goods cannot be exchanged or returned:
– perishable goods or goods with a short shelf life;
– packaged goods that have been unpacked after delivery and are unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.
If you are not satisfied with the quality of the goods delivered to you and want to return them, you can do so within 14 calendar days. Contact us by email email hello@magic-broth.com. Shipping costs for returned goods are paid by the buyer. Thanks for your understanding!
